Angela Watson
Angela Christine Watson is a model and actress from the United States. She is most well-known in the role of Karen Foster, the daughter of Carol Foster Lambert's character Suzanne Somers in the American sitcom Step by Step. Angela Watson has a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She is also an National Board Certified teacher. Her experience in the classroom spans 11 years and is in addition to over ten years working as an instructor. Angela began this site while she was in the position of a student teacher at the time in 2003. The idea was to give valuable tips to improve the teaching environment and help teachers to have an optimistic mindset so that they could enjoy working in a positive way. It was first referred to as Ms. Powell's Management Ideas for Teachers until 2008 which was the year it changed its name to The Cornerstone for Teachers after her first book. Angela's 40-hour Workweek program is in use in over 45,000 school districts to improve the efficiency of their staff. The program was initially designed to help educators, but 40 Hour was later adapted and included instructional coaches as well as administrative staff. This helps teachers become more mindful of their contract time and instruction so that they can concentrate only on what's important.
